Ezekiel Hopkins war ein puritanisch geprägter englischer Theologe und anglikanischer Bischof des 17. Jahrhunderts, der in London sowie in den irischen Diözesen Raphoe und Derry wirkte. Er stand für eine reformierte Bundestheologie und praktische Gewissensschärfung, geriet jedoch 1688 wegen seiner Forderung nach absolutem Gehorsam gegenüber der Krone im Vorfeld der Belagerung von Derry in die Kritik.
