Johann Jakob Rambach war ein deutscher evangelisch-lutherischer Theologe, Universitätsprofessor und Liederdichter des Pietismus, der im 18. Jahrhundert in Halle und Gießen wirkte. Er verband in seinen Schriften zur Schriftauslegung wissenschaftliche Exegese mit persönlicher Frömmigkeit und verfasste einflussreiche Passionsbetrachtungen sowie geistliche Lieder.
