Adolf Schlatter (1852–1938) war ein Schweizer evangelischer Theologe und Universitätsprofessor, der vor allem an der Universität Tübingen lehrte. Er verband eine textnahe, beobachtende Schriftauslegung mit persönlichem Glauben und erforschte frühjüdische Hintergründe des Neuen Testaments, wobei sein Spätwerk in den 1930er-Jahren auch theologische antijudaistische Züge aufweist.
