Bill Izard ist ein US-amerikanischer evangelikaler Prediger, Autor und Pädagoge mit reformierter Prägung, der unter anderem im Bundesstaat Texas im Gemeinde- und Schuldienst wirkte. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seinen 1993 veröffentlichten Aufsatz „The Sensitivity of True Worship“, in dem er die Ausrichtung christlicher Gottesdienste an säkularen Besucherzielgruppen scharf kritisierte und eine theozentrische Anbetung einforderte.
