Der in der Schweiz geborene Paracelsus (Theophrastus von Hohenheim) war ein Arzt, Naturphilosoph und Laientheologe der Renaissance, der auf Wanderungen durch Europa sowie unter anderem in Basel und Salzburg wirkte.
