Eva von Tiele-Winckler (1866–1930), genannt „Mutter Eva“, war eine deutsche Diakonisse und Wohlfahrtspionierin, die im oberschlesischen Miechowitz das Diakonissenwerk „Friedenshort“ aufbaute. Geprägt von Pietismus und Heiligungsbewegung brachte die Adelige ihr gesamtes Erbe in die Armenfürsorge ein und schuf mit familienähnlichen „Kinderheimaten“ frühe Modelle moderner Jugendhilfe.
