Isaac Ambrose (1604–1664) war ein englischer puritanischer Geistlicher und Erbauungsschriftsteller, der vor allem in Lancashire wirkte und 1662 im Zuge der Uniformitätsakte seine Pfarrstelle verlor. Er wurde vor allem durch sein christozentrisches Hauptwerk „Looking unto Jesus“ sowie seine Praxis regelmäßiger, intensiver Glaubensmeditation bekannt.
