Der US-amerikanische reformierte Pastor, Theologe und Dozent Wayne Mack (1935–2025) wirkte in den USA sowie in Südafrika und gehörte zu den prägenden Gestalten der biblischen Seelsorgebewegung. Er wurde durch praxisorientierte Arbeitsbücher zu Ehe- und Lebensfragen bekannt, vertrat die alleinige Hinlänglichkeit der Schrift für seelische Nöte und stieß damit auf Kritik von Vertretern psychologisch integrativer Ansätze. Heutigen Bibellesern bieten seine Schriften systematische, an biblischen Texten ausgerichtete Leitfäden zur Konfliktbewältigung und Seelsorgepraxis.
