Hanna Ahrens (1938–2024) war eine deutsche evangelische Pastorin, Seelsorgerin und Autorin, die nach einem mehrjährigen Dienst in Papua-Neuguinea vor allem von Hamburg aus in der Frauen- und Gemeindearbeit sowie als Schiffspastorin wirkte.
